I’m Karissa — the heart behind EmpowerHer.

I’m a woman who has rebuilt herself more times than I ever planned to.
A mother raising strong children.
A leader who wasn’t born confident — but became confident through fire.
And a creator who turned her pain, her lessons, and her strength into something that helps women rise.

My life hasn’t been perfect.
It hasn’t been linear.
It hasn’t been easy.

But it has been transformational.

Every chapter of my story — the breaking, the rebuilding, the identity loss, the rise — shaped the EmpowerHer movement you’re standing inside right now.

I’m not here to preach.
I’m not here to pretend.
I’m here because I lived the kind of seasons that make you forget who you are — and I fought my way back.

And now, my purpose is to help other women do the same.

I’m a lot of things — but above all, I’m a woman who refused to stay small.

And because every woman deserves a comeback story — one she writes herself.

I don’t believe in harsh discipline, impossible routines or perfection.

I believe in:

I teach women how to ground themselves, trust themselves, and rise with intention — physically, mentally & emotionally.

Strength doesn’t have to be aggressive.
Confidence doesn’t have to be loud.
Healing doesn’t have to be public.
Empowerment doesn’t have to be masculine.

This is feminine resilience — and that’s where EmpowerHer sits.
