Day 1 – Reset Your Mind
Affirmation: I choose to see myself with love and clarity.
Prompt: What belief have I carried that no longer serves me?
Action: Brain-dump every limiting belief. Burn or tear it up.


Day 2 – Reset Your Body
Affirmation: My body is a vessel of strength and safety.
Prompt: When do I feel most disconnected from my body?
Action: Move your body freely for 10 minutes today – no rules, just release.


Day 3 – Reset Your Boundaries
Affirmation: My peace is a priority, and I protect it.
Prompt: What (or who) has been crossing my boundaries lately?
Action: Write a loving, firm boundary you will uphold starting today.


Day 4 – Reset Your Voice
Affirmation: My truth is valid. My voice matters.
Prompt: When did I last silence myself to please others?
Action: Speak your truth today – out loud or written – even if your voice shakes.


Day 5 – Reset Your Heart
Affirmation: I allow myself to feel without judgment.
Prompt: What emotion have I been avoiding? Why?
Action: Give yourself permission to cry, scream, laugh, or feel whatever arises.


Day 6 – Reset Your Vision
Affirmation: I am the author of my next chapter.
Prompt: What do I truly want my next season to look like?
Action: Write a letter from your future self who already lives that life.


Day 7 – Reset Your Power
Affirmation: I am not broken. I am becoming.
Prompt: What have I survived that proves my strength?
Action: Declare three things you are reclaiming starting today.
